CTF Illinois is excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated, compassionate, and motivated leader to join our team as a CILA Supervisor! ________________________________________ 🏠 About the Role As a CILA Supervisor, you’ll manage three residential CILA homes (in Park Forest, Frankfort, and Country Club Hills), guiding and mentoring a team of Direct Support Professionals. You’ll ensure that the homes are safe, clean, welcoming, and aligned with the personal needs and goals of the individuals we support. ________________________________________ ✅ Key Responsibilities • Promote and uphold CTF Illinois’ mission, vision, and values • Provide hands-on leadership in each home and maintain an active presence • Support individuals in community activities and life enrichment • Oversee household budgets, supplies, and maintenance • Manage and supervise DSPs: hire, train, evaluate, coach, and mentor • Ensure compliance with safety, documentation, and state regulations • Participate in on-call rotation and carry a cell phone • Accurately manage individual and program finances ________________________________________ 📌 Additional Responsibilities • Assist with audits, surveys, and quality assurance visits • Help open new residential sites as needed • Plan and participate in events, vacations, and staff appreciation activities • Represent CTF Illinois in meetings with outside agencies and stakeholders ________________________________________ 🎓 What We’re Looking For Required: • 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities • High School Diploma or GED • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Preferred: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field • Previous DSP certification or experience • Leadership or supervisory experience in a residential setting ________________________________________ 💼 What We Offer • Competitive salary – $ 51,000- 54,000 annually, depending on experience and education • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401(k) with Company Match • Paid Time Off – Vacation, Sick Time & Paid Holidays • Company-Paid Life Insurance • Company Paid Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance • Cell Phone Stipend Job Type : Full-Time Education Level : High SchoolCILA Supervisor
