๐Ÿ  About the Role

As a CILA Supervisor, you’ll manage three residential CILA homes (in Park Forest, Frankfort, and Country Club Hills), guiding and mentoring a team of Direct Support Professionals. You’ll ensure that the homes are safe, clean, welcoming, and aligned with the personal needs and goals of the individuals we support.

โœ… Key Responsibilities

    Promote and uphold CTF Illinois’ mission, vision, and values

    Provide hands-on leadership in each home and maintain an active presence

    Support individuals in community activities and life enrichment

    Oversee household budgets, supplies, and maintenance

    Manage and supervise DSPs: hire, train, evaluate, coach, and mentor

    Ensure compliance with safety, documentation, and state regulations

    Participate in on-call rotation and carry a cell phone

    Accurately manage individual and program finances

๐Ÿ“Œ Additional Responsibilities

    Assist with audits, surveys, and quality assurance visits

    Help open new residential sites as needed

    Plan and participate in events, vacations, and staff appreciation activities

    Represent CTF Illinois in meetings with outside agencies and stakeholders

๐ŸŽ“ What We’re Looking For

Required:

    1+ year of experience supporting individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities

    High School Diploma or GED

    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Preferred:

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field

    Previous DSP certification or experience

    Leadership or supervisory experience in a residential setting
